Window Boxes

If you receive a damaged or faulty window box, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We are happy to offer a return, replacement, or refund for valid claims.

For returns due to a change of mind or incorrect sizing, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from any refund.

Bloom Bags (Live Plants)

Live plants are perishable and fragile goods, so we do not accept returns for change of mind, minor transit damage like slight bent stems or broken leaves may occur but usually does not affect the overall health of your plants.

If your plants arrive dead, seriously damaged, or not as described, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review your claim and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
