We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you’re not happy with your items, please review our return policy below.

Window Boxes

If you are not satisfied with your window box, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We are happy to offer a return or exchange for any damaged or faulty items. For returns due to a change of heart or incorrect sizing, the return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Bloom Bags

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on live plants. We take great care to ensure that all plants are delivered in the best possible condition, carefully checking them before they leave our facility. However, as plants are fragile goods, minor damage such as bent stems or broken leaves may occur during transit. These minor imperfections should not be considered significant damage and will not affect the health of your plant.

In the unlikely event that your plants arrive with significant damage, please contact our customer service team immediately at Hi@windowfleur.com with your order number and clear images of the damage. We will review the issue and do our best to resolve it promptly.
