Delivery & Seasons
Delivery
If you order towards the end of a season, we'll be in touch to ask which you'd prefer. You can keep enjoying this season's plants for the weeks that remain, or we can hold your order and send the next season's blooms as soon as they're ready. Just reply to our email with your choice, and we'll confirm your delivery date nearer the time.
Alternatively, you can choose to have us hold your order and deliver it with the next season's plants as soon as they come into season, allowing you to get the most of your blooms.
Seasons
As part of your subscription, you can choose your next season's blooms through your account. These will be delivered within the first 10 working days of the seasonal periods below or choose a convenient day that suits you.

Size guide
Our Bloom Bags are easy to shape, so they fit most window boxes. Your plants arrive young and healthy, and with a little care, they'll soon fill out into a lush, colourful display.
Each bag is approximately 20cm tall, including plants, and 18cm wide.

Our seasonal plants are carefully selected to suit the current season's weather conditions, and each bloom bag arrives with its own product care booklet with clear instructions on how to look after your plants.

Common questions
How easy are the Bloom Bags to look after?
Our Bloom Bags are designed to be really easy to look after. They arrive ready-planted, so you simply drop them into your window box and water them as recommended in your care booklet. Regular dead-heading encourages new flowers. It's that simple: all of the blooms and none of the back ache!
What if my plants arrive damaged?
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear, detailed photographs showing the condition of your plants on arrival. We’ll assess the damage and resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including arranging replacements where appropriate. Unfortunately, without photos taken at the time of delivery, we may be unable to confirm the issue as delivery-related or offer a replacement.
How wide are the Bloom Bags?
Our Bloom Bags are 20cm tall and 18cm wide, but they're easy to shape, so fit most window box sizes.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you would like to cancel your Window Fleur subscription you can do so at any time apart from two weeks before a payment date, which is the first of every season.
